| This is their home, for now-won't you adopt? If you can't adopt then please donate to this shelter-they need blankets, food, Purex detergent and plastic animal toys for kitties and doggies.This is not a no-kill facility but they are totally adoption friendly and trying to reach out to potential pet owners.You see, in other counties there is a Walmart near by that donates busted bags and dented cans of food to shelters, but in Pender Co there is not a Walmart and they have fewer resources to pull from but plenty of little country fur balls to tend to! Lend a hand, save a little animal's life. You can also donate to Pakratz @ 4609 Wrightsville Avenue to assist this shelter, but please realize Pakratz is extremely busy with their own rescue cats!!
