Feeling a little sideways today.....

spotted this little statuette immediately.

 Ok-not really-managed to get your attention though didn't I? A cat playing a guitar would be great to see but it was just a cute statuette at Grinder's Caffe (check out their menu http://grinderscaffe.com or stop at 5032 Wrightsville Ave; for those who don't know there is great food from Tidal Creek Co-op here too! TCCo-op @ 5329 Oleander Drive). It just goes to show cats ARE EVERYWHERE. They are so cute. Just don't want to see one sipping the great Grinders Caffe coffee.....

We then stopped at Pakratz Resale Shop (4609 Wrightsville Ave) and scooped up some fur- raising deals. Currently they have 50% off merchandise and proceeds benefit shelter pets.They have quite a stash of plastic double sized pet bowls for $2.50-which would be only $1.25!Pick out a kitty while you are there.The kitties are locally "fixed" at the Cape Fear Spay and Neuter Clinic (4229 Castle Hayne Rd). If you need a kitty taken care of they have an affordable price range @$50-55 depending on gender.
Although feeling a little sideways today- I love local shopping and I love cat stops and all the great people we meet along the way!
